Along with your state laws the federal government has a lot of stipulations as well. Although i do it for the love of brewing i can t see me doing this in a big way as my setup is really limited to 30l batches and once time and cost are taken into account i cannot see the benefits of selling.

I am unfamiliar with any state at this time that allows people to sell homebrew. Selling is not just taking cash in exchange for the beverages. Unfortunately it is not legal to sell home brewed beer commercially under any circumstances.
There are no fees for the licence itself so the costs involved are in setting up the brewery to the standard required.
